Ramadan this year has been very different compared to previous years. Supporting local businesses is important now more than ever.

With so many businesses still closed overseas and lockdown restrictoins inmany countries, there is a massive shipping backlog, times are tough at the moment. I mean I ordered something online over a month ago shipping was supposed to take 7 days and I have yet to get my package.

Ever brought a candle and noticed it’s scent only lasts for the first 5 minutes? I sure have untill I tried candles from Masala Scents, her candles capture the nostalgia of the South Asian homeland and it’s rich culture. My favourite scent is dhoop, its a really nice summery mango scent and Ghazal which is a little stronger and citrusy. I gave a mini candle as gift to my aunties last year and they loved it.

Finding active wear that is modest and comfortable is really difficult in NZ. That’s why you should check out Fit Generation Apparel this would be the perfect gift for the active muslimah. Boys are the absolute hardest to shop for. Year after year I end up getting my brothers perfume because 1, they are fussy and 2 I never know what to get them.
